Transfer Students

Thank you for your interest in St. John’s Prep!

We are proud of our close-knit community that nurtures each student’s growth in character while providing a supportive and challenging learning environment. With the guidance of our dedicated faculty and staff, students are encouraged to develop academically, socially, and spiritually.

A student entering St. John’s Prep after the start of their ninth-grade year is considered a transfer student. To be considered for admission, transfer applicants must be in good academic standing and have strong attendance and conduct records.

Please complete the St. John’s Prep Online Inquiry Form, or email the Admissions Office and submit the following documents:

•    Report cards from the past three years
•    Standardized test scores from the past three years (if applicable)
•    A letter of recommendation that addresses the student’s character, motivation, and academic performance

Once we have received all required materials, the admissions committee will review the student’s application. If the student meets the academic qualifications, an interview with the admissions committee will be scheduled. Following the interview, the student will be notified of their acceptance.
