Alumni can receive a copy by mail or in person.  There is a $5 fee.

In Person: Visit the Programming Center during school hours. The transcript fee can be paid by cash, check or money order.

By Mail:  Send your request for a transcript by mail to:

• Name: Legal Name during the years attended at the school
• Date of Birth
• Year of graduation (or dates of attendance)
• Address (where you wish the transcript to be sent)
• Phone Number (in case we need to contact you)
• Fee: Enclose $5.00 check payable to St. John's Prep
