The Class of 2026 leaves St. John's Preparatory with an outstanding record of achievement, earning more than $90 million in college scholarships over the next four years. This remarkable accomplishment reflects the dedication, perseverance, and academic excellence of our graduates.
This year's Valedictorian, Valeria Vislocki, who will attend Columbia, reflected on the importance of gratitude and the people who helped guide the Class of 2026. Comparing teachers, administrators, parents, and loved ones to the "pilots and captains" in our lives, she encouraged her classmates to embrace challenges with faith and gratitude.
Graduates were also honored to hear from former New York Giants Super Bowl Champion Chris Canty, whose keynote address focused on resilience. Sharing lessons from his own journey, he reminded students that success comes from having the courage to try, the humility to learn from failure, and the determination to rise each time they are knocked down.
As the Class of 2026 begins the next chapter of their lives, they carry with them the knowledge, faith, and values instilled at St. John's Preparatory. We are proud of all they have accomplished and look forward to the many ways they will make a positive impact on the world.
