St. John's Prep, in collaboration with New York Presbyterian Medical Group Queens, will be administering FREE Athletics Physicals on June 4th at 3:00 pm! This is a great opportunity to avoid scrambling for physicals last minute for any students who are looking to tryout in the Fall and Winter seasons.

 

This opportunity is available for all current St. John's Prep Students and any incoming Freshmen who have already registered with our school.

 

No insurance is needed or required. All that needs to be presented during the time of sign up are the forms at the bottom of this page.
