DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Art Club will be meeting today in 106N at 2:45P.M.  All are welcome!

 

Junior Ladies of Charity: Will meet on Monday at 2:45P.M. in 9N.  Old & New members are welcome!

 

Asian Culture Club will be holding their first meeting on Tuesday, September 16^th after school in 201S. All are invited to join!

 

The Astronomy Association is now the SPACE CLUB! Join us to learn about stars, planets, galaxies, constellations, and more! Our first meeting will be on Monday, September 15^th in 114N. See Ms. Radus for more information.

 

Join the 30 minutes Visual & Performing Arts Orientation class!  All students are welcome! at 2:45P.M. next Wednesday, Sept 17^th in Studio 18/North Basement.  Dive into drama, technical theatre, and fashion, explore the creative tech side with graphic design, podcasting & recording studio, and hands-on audio/video engineering. Meet the team, test the gear, and get a sneak peek at shows, sets, and style lines you could help create this year.

If you're interested in being part of the Spanish or Italian Culture Clubs, our first meeting is next Thursday after school in Room 207N (Mr. Firla's room).  Come and sign up for a great year of food, film, and fun! To make things even sweeter, we'll be going out for gelato at one of the city's best spots right after the meeting.  If you want to come for gelato, be sure to stop by Room 207N starting on Monday to grab a permission slip.  Hope to see you there!

 

 

SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Varsity and JV Boys Soccer Practice today at 3:00P.M.

Varsity and JV Fall Baseball Practice today at 3:15P.M.

 

Cross-Country Track will practice today at 3:30P.M.

Let's wish our Varsity and JV Volleyball teams good luck as they travel to McClancy to play their first game of the season. JV will play at 4:00P.M. and Varsity at 5:15P.M.

The Girls Soccer team will be playing Molloy today at ConEd starting at 4:30P.M.  It's Friday, no school tomorrow, so let’s pack the stands and root the girls onto victory.
