DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Academic Support After School Program: Tutoring Monday thru Thursday from 2:45P.M. to 3:45P.M. in 106S for any subject. All students are welcomed!
Mr. Matthews' and Ms. Adrahtas' Retreat Group will meet today after school in 203S.
Juniors: The Jostens rep aka “The Ring Guy” will be here on Wednesday at 2:30P.M. in 105N. This is last call to order a ring. Please have your $75 deposit.
Talent Show contestants and those who received a call back must attend the meeting today at 2:45P.M. in Studio 18.
Italian Culture Club should come to 207S at dismissal today to pick up their permission slips for Friday’s trip to the Met.
Catholic Workers Club: Will have a meeting today in the Student Center at 2:45P.M.
All cheerleaders please see Mrs. Borg at dismissal in the Faculty Center for an important meeting.
Irish Club: Will be hosting a St. Brigid's Day Celebration today at 2:45PM in 113S.
Drama Guild: Will meet today, Wednesday and Thursday this week after school in the Auditorium.
African American Culture Club: Will meet today at dismissal in 106S.
Social Justice Club: Will meet today at dismissal in 2N.
Intramural Bowling: Will meet on Thursday. The team should meet at the Bowling Alley directly after school.
Ping Pong: Will meet every Monday ~ Wednesday ~ Friday at 2:30P.M.~ 4:00P.M. in the Cafeteria.
On Thursday, the dance teams will sponsor a Valentine-making Workshop!! All are welcome to come and create a special keepsake for mom or a special someone! Materials will be provided. Come to 213S at dismissal!
Speech & Debate: Will meet on Thursday at 2:35P.M. in 208S.
The Columbia University Science Honors Program (SHP) is a highly selective program for students who have a strong interest in science and mathematics. Classes are held at Columbia from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturdays throughout the academic year. Applicants for the 2020-2021 school year must now be in the eleventh, tenth, or ninth grade and must apply online. Deadline for completed application and fee payment: February 28, 2020.

ATHLETICS ANNOUNCEMENTS
Track: Will meet today at 3:00P.M.
Spring sports are coming up and tryouts all taking place the first weekend of March. You must have a valid physical, concussion, and parental consent form! Please see Nurse Sirchia to make sure you are in good standing! In addition, there will be meetings for the following teams this Wednesday and Thursday which is mandatory for any student who is interested in trying out for their respective sport.
February 5th will be Track, Boys Tennis, Softball, Baseball, and Boys Volleyball.
February 6th will be Girls and Boys Soccer and Girls Volleyball.
Make sure to block off 3PM on these dates and make it to the meetings as they will provide pertinent information for the Spring and Fall! All meetings will take place in 17S.
Swim Club: Will meet on Wednesday at 3:00P.M.
