Glee Club: Will open today at 2:45P.M. in the Auditorium. All students who love to sing are encouraged to join Glee. From Pop, Rock to Musical Theatre. Glee will perform at St. John’s University, at our Christmas and Spring Concerts and Festivals in the City!!!
Cheerleading: Tryouts today at 2:45P.M. in the North Basement.
Science Olympiad: Will meet today at dismissal in 205S. New members are welcome
Yearbook Committee: Introductory meeting today at 2:30P.M. in 106N. All new and returning members are welcome. Please come to pick up an application.
Environmental Green Team: Will meet today at dismissal in 111N. All are welcome!
Reminder: Sophomores will take their School ID Photos tomorrow.
Irish Culture Club: Will have an informational meeting tomorrow at 2:45P.M. in 113SS. Old & New members welcome.
National Honor Society: Will have an important and mandatory meeting tomorrow at 2:35P.M. in 202S. Please be prompt.

Jazz Rock Band: First meeting tomorrow at 2:30P.M. in 118S. Looking for musicians! Calling all singers! You don’t have to be great; you have to be willing to be GREAT!
*All Dance Workshops will begin after school this Friday! No experience needed! Both Ladies and Gentlemen are invited to come and try something new: We offer Spanish Dance (Room 210S); Modern Dance (214S) and Bollywood Dance (209S)! Spanish Dancers may come in school attire; other dancers are to wear exercise attire.

ATHLETICS ANNOUNCEMENTS
Strength and Conditioning: Will meet today at dismissal in the Basement South.
Basketball Open Gym: Will begin tomorrow for Boys at 2:45P.M-4:00P.M and Friday for Girls at 2:45P.M.-4:00P.M. You must have medical clearance from Nurse Sirchia in order to participate!
Our annual participation in the Dribble for The Cure event at St. John’s University is this Saturday! There will be a short walk around the campus to raise money for a good cause. All St. John’s Prep students will also be having a meet & greet with the St. John’s University Men’s & Women’s Basketball teams! The cost is $25 which includes a bus ride to and from the University and a donation to the cause. To sign up see Mr. Levent as seats are limited. You do not have to be a student athlete to participate!
