In early November the Italian Culture Club and the French Culture Club took a trip to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. We visited the Greek and Roman Galleries and enjoyed looking at the statuary and various objects from antiquity. One highlight we that found particularly interesting was a magnificent chariot that was discovered by an Italian farmer. After the museum, we enjoyed some lovely pastries at the Le Pain Quotidien which is a Belgian cafe. It was a wonderful outing to the city!
