Social Justice Club is a group of students that are passionate about learning and addressing the social injustices prevalent in our world today. The first semester of this club is focused on discussing and understanding social justice issues as they pertain to our communities. Students will engage in service and advocacy events throughout the year in order to better engage and build relationships with those affected by societal inequities and community leaders that are striving for change. During the second semester club members collaborate to select an area of focus and to identify a need in their community. They design and carry out a project to inspire and/or enact change.
