Does E & D offer HEALTHY foods?
With the assistance of a licensed dietician our culinary team has selected offerings of food and beverage that are not only delicious but also nutritious and HEALTHY. We pride ourselves on using ZERO Trans Fat FREE oils. Also, our food items are low in sodium. 

 

How are students apprised of HEALTHY foods?
We clearly identify our HEALTHY GRADE food items, offer reading material to students and reward students who eat our HEALTHY GRADE meal items. E & D has always offered HEALTHY foods and now we have gone a step further in this mission with HEALTHY GRADE foods.

 

Does E & D offer food items for special dietary needs?
Students requiring special food needs are encouraged to let us know. We will work with you to accommodate your special dietary needs 

 

Does E and D offer spicy, ethnic and vegetarian food options?
Yes. Just let us know what you would like and we will work with your school administration to accommodate you

Our menu offerings directly reflect the needs and desires of our clients and their community favorites, always mindful of healthy offerings. 

 

Does E & D offer breakfasts as well as lunch service?
We offer meal service at the times and days of the week that our clients request. Our mission is not only to meet but exceed all our clients’ food service needs. 

 

Is school event catering offered?
E & D provides all types of event services from informal BBQ’s to white glove 5-Star, sit down meals. In addition we can help with most aspects of your event planning. 

 

How does E and D management oversee food services?
Our managers and owners can often times be found at our school locations. Listening and learning the needs and desires of our food service communities we are constantly searching for new and innovative foods and services to offer our customers. 

 

How are costs controlled?
Our purchasing staff secures the best quality and freshest food products at the best prices, which translates into better prices to our schools and students. We will never sacrifice quality for price, however. In addition E and D has grown over the last 70+ years by word of mouth. We believe that word of mouth is your best form of advertising.
