Strength and Conditioning Club

The Strength and Conditioning Club is open to any student interested in utilizing St. John’s Prep’s vast weight room  and cardio facility. By utilizing the weight room, students can reap the benefits of cardio exercise and strength training. New members are welcome at any time.  

All students are required to have an updated physical form from their doctor on file in order to participate in the Strength and Conditioning Club. Furthermore, students are constantly monitored during Club Sessions to ensure proper form and safety at all times.
