SJP's Student Council hosted Wear Red Day, February 14 to call attention to heart disease and encouraged all to “Go Red!” According to AHA, “Heart disease and stroke cause one in three deaths among women each year, killing approximately one woman every 80 seconds.” SJP students know it does not have to be that way and that heart disease may be prevented with education and action.
